One of our friendly Customer Care Professionals will help you determine your eligibility. You’ll discuss your medical condition and your current level of activity and mobility, around the home and out-of-doors. We need to collect this information in order to assess whether you qualify for Medicare coverage, which is up to 80% of the cost of your new power wheelchair or scooter! Of course, all information is private and will be kept confidential. We will use it only to talk with your doctor, Medicare, and any insurance providers you have or as may be required by law.

2. Visit your doctor for an evaluation.
Medicare requires that you see your doctor in-person to discuss your mobility. Your doctor will perform an evaluation that will determine your eligibility for a power wheelchair or scooter. Please know that even if you’d already seen your doctor for a recent examination, you must visit your doctor again specifically for the mobility evaluation.

3. We process and handle all required paperwork.
Power Wheelchair Pros will take care of all the necessary paperwork on your behalf. We will make calls to you and your doctor to collect all the required information and process the paperwork for Medicare and your insurance provider.
