Please be aware that the Guaranteed Power Mobility Program is subject to a few restrictions. The information that we receive from you and your doctor must be accurate, true and complete. You must not change your insurance provider after filing a claim for your power mobility device. The guarantee does not apply to secondary insurance, and there may be certain insurance coverage that is not eligible. In some cases, a claim may be denied after making multiple appeals to Medicare or private insurance. The guarantee does not cover upgrades to your power wheelchair or scooter.
